we live in a world where bipolar reality is a daunting truth. throughout our lives, we face constant conflict between two extremities. good & evil. light & dark. life & death. purity & corruption. rich & poor. black & white. order & chaos. war & peace. happiness & despair. love & hate. left & right. and so on. but sometimes we forget the essence which holds these dual entities is a grayness in existence. the somber neutrality which calls out to character within our souls

constant divergence photo series is based on this premise. this set is just a prologue to future collections. the idea conceived initially from a photojournalism class for a portrait project. it dawned on me that the theme was just a start. this first photo set is actually a doorway to a vast and rich exploration of this concept.
